Founded in 2015, Paper Crane Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specializing in fractional business development and strategic partnerships consulting services for clients in the technology and digital media industries. We have a proven track record of identifying, assessing, cultivating, and managing high-impact strategic partnerships that grow revenue, accelerate innovation, and maximize enterprise value for our clients.
Our consulting practice spans the entire partnership lifecycle including strategy development, deal structuring, contract negotiation, relationship management, and performance ROI analysis. Our services include defining business cases and value propositions, identifying and evaluating opportunities, refining pitch materials, evangelizing opportunities, structuring and negotiating agreements, and managing partner relationships. Like all effective partnerships leaders, we work hand in hand with client product, sales, legal, and finance teams to successfully implement partnership strategies.
Our engagements range from long-term engagements where we serve as a fractional partnerships lead to project-based engagements where we develop and execute specific partnership initiatives for clients. By serving as a fractional BD & partnerships lead, we are able to deliver efficient and specialized senior expertise and serve as a valuable external advisor to executives in a more flexible and cost-effective model compared to hiring full-time business development resources. Most clients engage our firm for a set number of hours per month to focus on a specific partnerships initiative, with the flexibility to easily shift or ramp engagements up or down to best align with client needs. We offer fee models structured on an hourly basis or as flat fees.
